Replacing existing drapes:
Simply measure one drape panel for width and length, then multiply the width by two to get the total width for the pair.

First time installation:
We recommend that you should install the hardware before you take your measurements

The rod should be positioned at least 4 inches above the window (so pleats are not seen from the outside)
Measuring the Width:
Measure the rod width, including the corners (if you need the return), and add 4” so the center can overlap when the drapes are closed
Measuring the Height:
With pleated drapes, measure from the bottom of the decorative pole rings to the floor.

With rod pocket drapes, measure from the top of the decorative pole to the floor.

To create a clear look, subtract ½ inch from the height or if you like a puddling look, simply add 6-8 inches in length.

If the height is not accurate, try removing the pins and adjusting them again to compensate the difference in height.
